Who processes your payment, what shows up on your statement, how recurring billing works, and where to get help.
Payments for DudesChat are processed by CCBill, an authorized reseller and payment processor for Theme Park AG. CCBill handles the transaction securely; Theme Park AG (Zurich, Switzerland) is the operator of DudesChat and the seller of the membership.
Your card or bank statement will show the billing descriptor CCBillThemeParkA — this identifies Theme Park AG, the operator of DudesChat. The descriptor is also shown to you at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Presale founder memberships (Annual, Annual Plus, Lifetime Discount) are single payments — nothing recurs.
Once ongoing subscriptions are available at launch, they renew automatically at the price and interval shown to you at checkout, until you cancel. The price, billing interval, and renewal date are displayed before you confirm any purchase. We don't change your renewal price without notifying you in advance.
