DudesChat is free to join and use. An optional Supporter subscription funds it — no ads, no data sale. Here's how the money side works.
Everything you need to use DudesChat: your profile, photo albums, Discover, Messages, the Feed, verification, and safety tools. Members who become Supporters keep it that way for everyone — so you're the customer, never the product.
Supporter is the optional subscription that funds the app, found in the Menu. Supporters get extra perks on top of the free experience. You can subscribe in the iPhone app through the App Store, or on the web at app.dudes.chat under Supporter: CHF 19 a month, CHF 30 for three months or CHF 99 a year, the same price in both places. Outside Switzerland you pay the local price the store or the web checkout shows.

The founding campaign — one-time contributions for premium time: Early Bird, Pioneer, Patron and Founder — closes at 23:59 on 30 September 2026, Zurich time. Each contribution came with a founding code by email, and your code keeps working: redeem it in DudesChat on the web or Android, under Menu → My Account → Redeem a founding code. Founding contributions were processed through Open Collective; refunds follow the Refund policy.
Lost your redeem code? Contact us with the email you contributed with and we'll resend it.
In-app subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and they're managed by the store you bought from, not by us:
Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
In-app purchases are refunded by the store under its policies: Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, Google via your Play account. Web subscriptions and founding contributions: contact us — the full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Under Menu → My Account you can change your email (confirmed by a link to the new address), change your username (a Supporter feature), and delete your account — see Privacy & your data for how deletion works.
Locked out? Use the password reset on the login screen; if that dead-ends, contact us from the email on your account.
